How to Renew Items
To renew materials you will need to login to your WCTC Library account. Click here to log in to your WCTC Library account.
At the login page, you will need to enter the following:
After you've logged in, find the "My Account" link just to the left of the blue Logout button in the upper right corner of the page and click on it.
Select all or some of the items you wish to renew, and then click the "Renew All" or "Renew Marked" button. If you receive an error message that items were not renewed, please contact the Library Information Desk by phone or chat.
|If you would like to receive WCTC Library notices (renewal, due date, overdue, hold notifications) via SMS text in addition to email notices, you must opt-in by logging into your account and clicking on the "Edit account" button on the left side of the page. Under "Mobile Settings," enter your mobile phone number and then click the "Opt In" check box and then scroll down and click the "Submit" button.|
How to Place Holds
To place a hold on a book or other item from the Library catalog:
Search for the item in the WCTC Library catalog.
On the item record page, click on the "Request it" button.
Log in with your first or last name and your 9-digit ID number, found below your picture on your myWCTC card.
Complete the "Request it" dialog box and click on the "Submit" button. If all goes well you will receive a message that your request was successful.
You will receive an email when your item is ready to be picked up from the Information Desk.
