Library Instruction

WCTC library instruction teaches information literacy competencies that correlate closely with the components of the Critical Life Skill of Critical Thinking/Problem Solving - students demonstrate critical thinking skills to analyze situations and solve problems.

Schedule Instruction

We offer hands-on library instruction customized for a particular project or assignment in our Library Instruction Room (30 computers and 7 display monitors) or in your classroom. Sessions range from 15 minutes in length (a brief tour) to 3-hour workshops or multiple sessions. We would be happy to discuss incorporating a library instruction session into your curriculum!
