The WCTC Library serves the students, faculty, staff, and residents of the Waukesha County Technical College district.

Library Instruction

WCTC library instruction teaches information literacy competencies that correlate closely with the components of the Critical Life Skill of Critical Thinking/Problem Solving - students demonstrate critical thinking skills to analyze situations and solve problems.

We offer hands-on library instruction customized for a particular project or assignment in our Library Instruction Room (30 computers and 7 display monitors) or in your classroom. Sessions range from 15 minutes in length (a brief tour) to 3-hour workshops or multiple sessions.
