Library Homepage: Reserving the Library Instruction Room

The WCTC Library serves the students, faculty, staff, and residents of the Waukesha County Technical College district.

Reserving the Library Instruction Room (B-110B) for Nonlibrary Use:

The Library Instruction Room (B-110B) is a heavily used space with limited availability for uses other than library instruction. Secondary consideration is given for Academic Support Center workshops and meetings. During times when there is no library instruction or Academic Support Center activity, the room is used as an open lab for student use.

When classes are not in session, the Library Instruction Room may be reserved by other departments. When classes are in session, the option to tentatively reserve the Library Instruction Room is available, with the understanding that if the room is needed for library instruction, the reservation may be canceled (with as much advance notice as possible given). Tentative reservations for other departments when classes are in session can only be guaranteed within one week of the reservation.

While all Library staff have access to the Library Instruction Room calendar, the room can only be reserved, or tentatively reserved, through the director or reference/instruction librarians:
