The WCTC Library serves the students, faculty, staff, and residents of the Waukesha County Technical College district.

Equipment Checkout Policy Statements of Responsibility 

A signed Statement of Responsibility must be on file to check out equipment.

If you wish to borrow a conference camera, you must first sign the Conference Camera Statement of Responsibility. You may sign it in person when you borrow the item at the WCTC Library Information Desk, or you may sign it ahead of time by clicking here.

If you wish to borrow a digital document camera, you must first sign the Digital Document Camera Statement of Responsibility. You may sign it in person when you borrow the item at the WCTC Library Information Desk, or you may sign it ahead of time by clicking here.

If you wish to borrow an iPad, you must first sign the iPad Statement of Responsibility. You may sign it in person when you borrow the item at the Library Information Desk, or you may sign it ahead of time by clicking here. Please be aware that if you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian must sign this document on your behalf.

If you wish to borrow a mobile wi-fi hotspot, you must first sign the Mobile Wi-fi Hotspot Statement of Responsibility.
