Career Exploration - Choosing a career is a multi-step process and involves learning about yourself and the occupations you are considering in order to make an informed decision. This tab will help you get started in the process.
Resumes & Cover Letters - In this tab you will find instructions on how to write your resume and cover letter so you can stand out as a candidate. Additionally, you can find sample resumes for WCTC program areas, organized by their respective School to give you ideas of what information should be included on a resume.
Internships - We offer a structured internship program for students in over 30 program areas. This tab offers an overview of the program, eligibility requirements as well as a list of programs by Internship Assistant.
Recommended Websites - The internet provides a never ending supply of job search resources and it's a challenge to sort through them to determine their validity. In this tab, you'll find website recommendations not only for job search and career planning, but labor market, networking, and wellness as well.
Faculty Resources - Faculty members can get connected with the Service Learning Coordinator, find out more information about the internship program, request a classroom presentation, and register for Wisconsin TechConnect to obtain job leads in their program area.

Beginning Monday, Aug. 3, 2020, Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) will reopen the Pewaukee and Waukesha campuses in preparation for the fall semester.
