Individual Counseling
Mental Health counseling is a process of exploring thoughts, perceptions, reactions, behaviors and emotions in order to better understand oneself. Counselors offer help in addressing many situations, including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Depression
  • Loneliness
  • Fitting in/feeling accepted
  • Lack of motivation
  • Transition to college
  • Relational concerns with partner, friends, family
  • Difficulties with alcohol or other drugs
  • Eating disorders
  • Grief and loss
  • Thoughts of harming self or others

General Consultation Meetings
Meet with a licensed counselor 1:1 to understand more about the counseling process or ask any questions you might have.
