We can all take action to prevent suicide. If you or someone you know is in crisis or struggling with thoughts of suicide, help is available. Below are several resources, helplines, education, and information. If you are experiencing a current crisis or emergency, please call 911.

The 988 lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.
