What are Evidence-Based Care Sheets?
CINAHL Evidence-Based Care Sheets are summaries on specific key topics. Each evidence-based care sheet incorporates the latest evidence, statistics, research & references on a given topic. The references are ranked, using a coding matrix, according to the type of literature they represent (systematic reviews, meta-analysis, etc).
To browse and search the list of Evidence-Based Care Sheets, go to CINAHL Plus with Full Text, click Evidence-Based Care Sheets in the blue top toolbar. Browse the alphabetical list of topics or enter in a search term.
Describe what you want with as few terms as possible.
Use AND between words when you search with more than 1 term.
Use quotation marks if you want to search an exact phrase:
Truncate your search using an asterisk to slightly broaden search to related words.
