The WCTC Library Research Help Desk is still being staffed remotely. You may contact us by using any of the options to the right (live chat, email, or phone). We can also provide research help using Zoom.

For Instructors
The WCTC Library is still providing library instruction services at this time. We can deliver instruction sessions synchronously, asynchronously via recorded video tutorials, or some combination of the above – just contact us using any of the options to the right, and we will figure out what will meet your class’s needs best!

Temporary Free Access to Digital Texts
Numerous publishers and other information providers are offering temporary free unlimited user access to digital textbooks and other e-resources until the end of the Spring 2020 term. The WCTC Library can help you locate specific resources on an individual basis; please contact us using any of the options to the right.

Internet Access/Technology Options

  • Public Service Commission of Wisconsin: This independent regulatory agency dedicated to serving the public interest provides a list of emergency internet resources for consumers that shows coverage maps, info, and links for dozens of service providers across the state.
  • EveryoneOn: Enter your ZIP code to find free or affordable internet service options; updated to reflect offers in response to COVID-19.
  • Email if you need further assistance with devices or internet access to be able to participate in online courses.
